Karen Baker is our Marketing Director and Blog Editor. She is a writer and has worked in the field of  journalism off and on since college.  She and her family have lived in the Phoenix area for 24 years. Tita R. Ong is our newest team member.  She is a mortgage specialist and a life and health insurance agent.  She is originally from the Philippines, lived in Europe for 13 years and Bangkok for 1 year. She has been here in the valley for 7 years. Tita is also an active loan officer and handles real estate valley-wide.

Stephen Roberts

Stephen Roberts was born in North Dakota. He is an Air Force veteran. He has lived in Arizona for 10 years and has been a realtor for three years. Stephen specializes in Southeast Valley properties and is very knowledgeable in foreclosures, bank-owned properties, and investing. John McDonald

John McDonald is originally from St. Louis, Missouri. He has lived in the valley 17 years. He is an expert in East Valley residential properties. John restores old cars as a hobby. Right now he is working on a . He loves dogs and owns two: Sophie, a Queensland Heeler/Collie mix, and Cody, a Labradoodle. He plays tennis, enjoys bowling and is an avid fisherman.
