On the news tonight, it was announced that 1/4 of all the homes sold in the Phoenix area this month, are homes that were foreclosed upon this year. They also reported that it will take 3 to 5 years for the real estate market to come back. Of course, this was a news report, not a report from Realtors or loan officers, etc. Here is a report we received from Fidelity National Title Company with statistics they have accumulated.
